In 2012, Derui Precision achieved a major breakthrough in market expansion. After multiple rounds of negotiations and product testing, it successfully reached a strategic cooperation with a large domestic machine tool manufacturer and became its precision fixture supporting supplier. This was also the first time the DGDR brand cooperated with a large machine tool enterprise, marking that the company's product quality had gained mainstream recognition in the industry.
With the accelerated technological iteration of China's mechanical fixture industry and the full popularization of modular design concepts, the company kept up with the industry trend, optimized and upgraded pneumatic chucks and hydraulic chucks, adopted high-strength materials and advanced processing technologies to improve the durability and clamping accuracy of products, and the repeat positioning accuracy of products remained at the advanced level in the industry. The R&D team at the Taiwan factory continued to make efforts, carrying out special R&D on middle-driven spindle chucks, promoting the gradual enrichment of product categories.
To enhance team cohesion, the company organized the first full-staff team building activity, where employees from both the Taiwan and mainland factories gathered together.
