In 2014, with the continuous growth of market demand, Derui Precision launched the upgrade and renovation project of the mainland factory, added multiple precision processing production lines, introduced advanced production equipment and testing instruments, optimized production processes, and achieved a significant increase in production capacity, which can meet the large-volume order needs of domestic and foreign customers, providing a solid production capacity support for the company's market expansion.
The Taiwan factory continued to focus on technological R&D, carried out research on the core technical problems of middle-driven spindle chucks, and achieved phased breakthroughs. The developed middle-driven spindle chucks achieved improvements in transmission efficiency and clamping stability, which can be adapted to high-end CNC machine tools, further expanding the high-end application scenarios of products. In this year, the number of cooperative customers of the company exceeded 10, including 2 foreign-funded machine tool manufacturers, achieving an initial breakthrough in the overseas market.
To thank all employees for their hard work, the company organized employees from both Taiwan and mainland factories to carry out team building activities, went outdoors, and held team collaboration challenges, which not only relieved the work pressure of employees, but also enhanced the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team, gathering team strength for the company's large-scale development.
